About Us

The French Comté was created by Florent and Fabien Joly, all from the Franche-Comté region near the Swiss border in French Jura Mountains with a passion for food,
wine and the artisan traditions of their region. They come from a long line of farmers, butchers and craftsmen who have been producing their foods and running market stalls for generations. Now they are bringing the flavours of their mountains to the UK via their Borough Market stall.
