About Us
This lockdown, Southside Bars mobile bar company in Ibiza have decided to bring the cocktail masterclass experience directly to your home.
From our HQ in Ibiza, one of our bartenders will deliver a bespoke private lesson live to you and your friends from our custom-built mobile bar. Over the space of one hour, we will guide you from start to finish in the fine art of cocktail making. We aim to personalise your experience so that you can enjoy classic tastes such as sharp and zingy or smooth and delicious cocktails depending on your preference. We will also develop your skills and techniques where you will learn to muddle, mix, shake and pour like a pro.
Our classes have been specially designed with lockdown in mind. We want you to be able utilise the equipment you’ll already find in your kitchen wherever possible so you can replicate the experience time and time again.
